Restaurant Policies

We enforce the following rules and policies to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. Please note that this page is updated regularly, as we continually improve our services, and subject to change at any time.

RESERVATIONS, SEATING, AND PAYMENTS

  • We have a 15 minute grace period for reservations. Partial arrivals or late arrivals will be pushed to the next available seating on our waitlist.

  • All guests must be present to be seated. We cannot sit incomplete parties, as the show must go on!

  • For guests not ordering a hibachi entree at the chef’s table, a $15 split plate/seat charge will be added to the bill.

  • Unfortunately, due to the permanent layout of our teppanyaki tables, we cannot allow last minute modifications or changes to you reservations.

  • An increase in your party size, may push back or delay your reservation time.

  • No joining of tables at any time.

  • We do not split checks and have a two card maximum per group.

  • Reservations must be canceled with at least 24 hours advanced notice. Parties of 10 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or if you do not show up for the reservation.

  • An 18% service charge is added to parties of 5 or more.

  • No outside food and drinks are allowed inside our restaurant.

  • Corkage Fee of $25 per 750ml Bottle applies.

  • Cake Cutting or Outside Dessert Fee of $3 per person.

  • At our discretion and especially for larger groups (10 or more), we may hold a credit card and valid ID as a deposit and in advance of ordering.

FREE BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT

  • For the full birthday discount (valued at $35), you must: (1) present a valid ID, and within one week of birthdate (2) have a party of four or more guests. This is applied to all ages.

  • For parties of 3 or less guests, we apply a smaller discount (valued at $20).

  • Birthday discounts cannot be redeemed with any other offers, and cannot be combined with our Rewards Program.
