Meet Chef Yoon
Chef Yoon, the founder and award-winning force behind Hana Japan for over 45 years, took an unconventional path to Teppanyaki mastery. An immigrant with a background in fine dining, Chef Yoon discovered his true passion in the sizzling world of steak.
Driven by a focus on high-quality ingredients, and a passion to create a place where the community comes together, Chef Yoon envisioned Hana Japan as an establishment where families could gather and connect over memorable experiences. We proudly serve USDA Choice and USDA Prime Black Angus Beef, meticulously sourced from pasture-raised, natural, and organic family farms. For an unparalleled depth of flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, specialty cuts of steak undergo a special dry-aging process in-house. This technique concentrates the natural flavors and creates an unforgettable experience.
