Hosted / cash bar available. A $125 bar fee will apply if bar sales are less than $300.
No food or drink can be removed from the property.
Seven-day cancellation required for any event to avoid a $300 fee.
Half or total amount is required two weeks before the event that will be refunded if party is cancelled one week before event.
18% gratuity and 9.75% tax will be added on the bill.
